During these challenging times , the knitting community has once again come together in spite of these hardships. From supporters of local business, fellow knitters and customers we consider friends – we are overwhelmed with feelings of gratitude. Thanks to your support we have been able to re-adjust our strategies in preparation for a safe reopening and can’t wait to continue business and reunite with you all again. New Store Policy
Although we pride ourselves on our customer service – and in the past we have not limited our time in helping you choose your projects, at this time we regrettably cannot provide the same level of service for the safety of you, the customer and our staff.
For the safety of our staff and customers we have updated our store policies:
- If you have recently traveled, or show any signs or symptoms we ask that you avoid any in person transactions and refrain from coming to the store.
- To maintain proper social distancing, only 1-2 customer at a time may be allowed in store.
- Due to the shortages of masks we regret to inform that we are unable to provide masks for our customers but customers must wear a mask while inside the store.
- Yarn winding services, classes and ” Knit nights” have been canceled until further notice.
- Upon entering the store, provided hand sanitizer must be used.
- Bathroom facilities are unavailable to the public
- To further prevent the passing of germs, there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ALL PRODUCTS until further notice.
Curb-side Pickup and Delivery
During the Covid-19 pandemic shutdown in Canada we will be offering curbside-pickup, free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and delivery in Guelph.

- We are frequently updating our website to offer an alternative shopping experience.
- Surfaces(e.g.desks and tables)and objects (e.g. telephones, keyboards)need to be wiped with disinfectant regularly.
- As mentioned before sanitizers will be provided for use at the front of the store.
- All staff is provided with masks to wear at all times.
- We have installed a protection barrier for additional safety during transactions.
- Floor markings will be made to ensure safe social distancing in store and outside for curb side pickup.
- Further promotion of hand washing and other preventions will be displayed in store for customers and workers.
